We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! As a CMO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.

Job duties and responsibilities
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products
Drive the evolution of our brand positioning
Collaborate and lead across the organization.
Manage the global communication and creating all the marketing collaterals
Deepen relationships with key partners.
Build a marketing department.
Determine KPIs for marketing department
Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Create the right culture for the distributors and internal teams
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Stay up to date with the latest technology
Stay up to date with the latest best practices
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
15 years’ experience in marketing
Being customer-centric
Experience to deal with international customers
Excellent in PR & Social Media campaigns
Ability to keep the entire community engaged & motivated
Innovative approach to deal with the things
